Children's Church is for children ages infant through 5th grade.
Children begin Sunday morning in the Sanctuary with their families. We believe that it is vital that children see their parents and other adults worshipping God. Children are released to Children's Church after worship and announcements. Parents take their children to the children's area and sign them in.
San Marcos Community Church Children's Ministry exists to develop fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We believe that children are the church of today.
Our vision is for children to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to develop their gifts and talents, so that they can be effective for the Kingdom of God: "Growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might." (Colossians 1:10-11)
Critter Land by Kidz Blitz (Pre-school Ages 2 - 5)
This curriculum relates God's goodness to pre-school aged children using a hands-on format through the use of Bible lessons, Bible stories, puppet skits, critter stories, review games, crafts, activities and object lessons.
Big City Studio by Kidz Blitz (K - 5th grade)
The material is fast-paced, highly interactive and content driven. The Biblical content teaches kids important Bible foundations. Skits, object lessons, ice breaker games, puppet skits and review games develop the biblical principle being taught each week.
