Children begin Sunday morning in the sanctuary with their families. We believe that it is vital that children see their parents and other adults worshiping God. Children are released to Children’s Church after worship and announcements. Parents take their children to the children’s area and sign them in. Sunday morning children’s ministries are divided into three categories:
The Aquarium Nursery (infants). Nursery care is provided for infants on both Sundays and Wednesday evenings. The Nursery Team leader is Debbie Jenkins.
Ready, Set, Go! (ages 1 – 2) is for toddlers on Sundays during church service. The Ready, Set, Go! leader is Debbie Jenkins.
Critter Land (ages 2 – 5) with curriculum by Kidz Blitz relates God’s goodness to pre-school aged children using a hands-on format through the use of Bible lessons, Bible stories, puppet skits, critter stories, review games, crafts, activities and object lessons. The Pre-School Director is Debbie Jenkins.
Big City Studio (K-5th grade) with curriculum by Kidz Blitz is fast-paced, highly interactive and content driven. The Biblical content teaches kids important Bible foundations. Skits, object lessons, ice breaker games, puppet skits and review games develop the biblical principle being taught each week. The Big City Team leader is Chris Ball.
